Coffee culture as we know it today originates in Turkey. Europe's first coffeehouse opened in 1554 in Constantinople, modern-day Istanbul. Since then, coffee culture has spread worldwide.

SİYAH GOLD was born from the passion for Türkiye's rich coffee culture and the need to share this traditional, strong Turkish coffee flavor with the world.

Often referred to as black gold, coffee has become a symbol for its strength and precious flavor. This title refers not only to coffee's dynamic nature but also to the value and cultural significance people place on it. Therefore, SİYAH GOLD represents the "gold standard" of quality and taste.

OUR MISSION
In Türkiye, we produce high-quality coffees, adhering to the original coffee culture. We take our work seriously: Our experienced roasters blend the finest Arabica beans with a balanced amount of Robusta beans to create unique flavors. This blend offers unique flavor profiles suitable for all known brewing methods worldwide. Whether it's espresso, café crème, filter coffee, or real Turkish coffee, each one stands out with its own intense aroma and rich flavor.

We source our water directly from the Taurus Mountains. We integrate sustainability into every stage by using recyclable packaging materials and environmentally friendly production techniques.
